The Process

Fun is just about the last thing some people might associate with a kitchen, bath, basement or addition renovation process.  After all, thinking about your dream room is one thing; actually making it happen is quite another.  Consider the rewards: embarking on a renovation project means picking and choosing the things you desire in your new space rather than living with, well honestly, someone else’s.

The initial planning can be fun & fulfilling.  You get to think big starting with a “wish list”, collect inspiring photos, learn all you can about layouts & directional flow, new building materials, environmentally safe products, flooring, cabinets and finally the finishing decor.

Setting a Budget may not sound so enjoyable at first, especially when it will mean making trade-offs & compromises, but this is what actually sets the stage for creativity: with so many cool products on the market you may not be able to afford all and have to find affordable substitutes.

Ultimate happiness comes, of course, when the project is done and you get to use and enjoy your new space.  As veteran designers and builders, we love the discovery process of looking for innovative products, finding fresh ideas, and designing a room just the way you envision it even with budget and space constraints.
